shaklee3: the guy orders a chip that doesn't require the use of a soldering iron, and because of that he deserves to get ripped off? what kind of asshole would say something like that? sheesh.. grow the fuck up already..

Shaklee, The only reason the scene is as big as it is, and growing everyday is because of the matrix and its breeze of installation.  A lot of people dont want to make door stops out of their xbox's and with coments like yours, the scene and most open forums will disapear.


My mother told me "If you have nothing nice to say, Dont say anything at all"  Obviously growing up in your household, your mother was not a large influence in your life.

Anyway, As for the question.  I have ordered plenty of chips from them for friends and have recieved them in good time.  Trying calling the 800## and asking someone.  Things do get lost ya know so you should let them know.

It looks like the 15th was the last day they were in business. The phone says the office is closed and the order tracking page has stopped working.

Also the CS rep who maintains the forum is no longer posting since the 15th.

Let's hope that Monday holds a better light on things than this weekend!!!

I called and cancelled my order on the 1/15 and they took the money out of my account on the 1/15 after I had already cancelled.  I will wait until next week begins and their office opens back up before I get any more upset.  What will I do if they are closed for good; how will I get my money back? uhh.gif  cussing.gif

Well i'm on the process of returning a matrix, and I have received an email with a rma number, but it was the 15th, now i'll wait before send it, but that won't change much like ppl are saying they haven't heard from them till after the 15th. As for me going over there, is not that it's far or anything (20mins away), but I rather not hang around that place, I had alot of trouble with easybuy2000, I even got myself easybuy's president call to my house and talk about somethings I shouldn't talk about, if i'm seen over there again i'll get my ass kicked...
