I ordered mine 12/19/. After numerous attempts at calling, emailing, etc. I finally got through today and was told they were out of stock (now why wouldn't they put this on the site?) Anyway, the not very friendly CS representative told me they were waiting to ship after the holidays and to wait another two weeks or so before calling back. Hmph, I think Xodus needs to find another distributing source, easybuy2000 sucxks in my opinion.

i ordered on 12/18 and also talked to some jerk on the phone today, he told me that they *might* ship on friday, or *maybe* next monday.. he seemed to think that this is perfectly acceptable... so i told him to cancel my order and to reverse the charge to my cc, he told me the order was cancelled, and they'd refund my money *soon*.. so i asked how soon.. his response "we might do it on friday, or maybe next monday".. ARGH!@$ so now i'm looking for someone to order from.. doesn't have to be a matrix either, i'd love an x2lite, or even just a cheapmod solution would be fine..

Well, just cancelled mine. spotted-horse.com has them cheaper AND in stock. Will let you know how that goes.

i ordered from mods4less.com this evening and got assurances that it will ship first thing in the morning.  They actually answered my emails! that made me happy. smile.gif

I think EB2k has a lot of problems with their automated system, I've ordered a couple times from them and each time i've had to send in a email to get things rolling wink.gif

But the shipping inside canada is very quick.

I can't say anything about US

They ARE in Canada, I got mine in an amount of time that satisfied me (even with the new release rush).

So stop your moanin and bitchin and work it out youself. Yes they do have to go through customs but what do you want em to do? Pack them in a speeding van and go slamming through the border gate and then ship out in a secret location? laugh.gif

I ordered a Matrix from them on 1/1/03 via website.

Found spotted horse and decided I'll use that $12 savings to take the wife to Burger King one night and give her a special treat (humor if you didn't get it).

Anyway, cancelled via email to EasyBuy the next day.  Got a quick response back saying order cancelled.

Now, will just ensure my CC isn't ever billed.

But, they responded with quick email to cancel an order.

Whether a completed order at EasyBuy actually makes it to your home is another story, I can't speak to that.

Good luck.
