* Add a save manager
* Add support for dashboard like Avalaunch, XBMC and UnleashX.
* The top toolbar (shutdown/restart/launch) work with any dashboard.

* Show free space with any dashboard (Avalaunch, XBMC and UnleashX).
* Show extract icon before uploading a game.

The XBMC launch button allow you to run any xbe specify in the configuration dialog.
When using XBMC dashboard, you can also run any script, as long as you specify full path.
I remind you than
XBGM# can extract xbox 360 iso.
This release is in debug mode, so it redirect the output to a file, 'debug.txt', send it to me please.
Since it is a development version, i am open to any change.
Please feedback any bug so i could fixed it.
It compile and run on Linux and Win32 and Cygwin.
Update Debian package and RedHat package and Gentoo ebuild and Win32 setup.
Update HTML tutorial in Français and English to show all new fontionnality.

In fact it is a limited feature, but it depends on your dashboard.
The top toolbar (shutdown/restart/launch) work with any dashboard.
The BOOST Mode work with Avalaunch and UnleachX but you can upload any xISO with any dashboard, it wil use standard FTP mode.
With with Avalaunch and UnleachX you can also upload a directory.
The scan titles is only working with Avalaunch, but you will get your free space with any dashboard.
The save manager is working with all dashboard.
Next new fontionnality will be creating xISO from local folder.
