X3ce Install, Solid Orange Light, No External Switch Power

Xbox 1.6b
X3CE
X3CP (w/LED)

Anybody ever seen this?  After 3 days it has come to this.  Xbox boots fine without chip selected, and I can switch back and forth.  When I activate the chip I get, green light for about 15 sec, then solid orange (A/V problem?)  No display.

I also have no power going to the external bank selct switch, X doesn't light up.  That is true for the stock switch, and the one built into the control panel

I get both power LEDs, all of the pins get the correct voltage, and Extreme-mods confimed that the 3.03 bios is on bank 5.  I have also tried booting with the bank  switch disconnected, no luck.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

Im assuming you used the lpc rebuild board?

have you been able to flash a new bios to your chip?

disconnect the front switch and press eject and power buttons together this will take you to backup bios then try flashing the chip again witht the latest bios which x3294 i think, (make sure write enable is enabled on the chip inside the xbox)

if this works then try reconnecting the external switch and see what happens
