4 LEDs light up on solder less adapter one doesnt (LFRAME), it boots to xbox dash as if chip wasnt there. and one LED lights on chip LPC ports good, D0 port wire good

if the lframe light doesnt come on, maybe you should try and get that lit up as the lframe is the d0 point (i thought anyway i could be wrong as ive never done a solderless install) but if everything else is lit up that could be why its not recognising your chip.
