I am attempting to install a larger hard drive on my 1.6; but have heard various reports that the formating and clone 1:1 doesn't work with the 3331 OS. Could I possibly temporarily install an older OS to use these features? And if so, what was the last version that was working properly?

I have also heard about burning Avalaunch to disc, and then running tools, but am unsure as to what media can be read if I must go that route. I have a Samsung drive.

any media will work with samsung except  memorex, and i dont think the os can be downgraded.
