No its not necessary to change the ip, but i like to keep them in order just to have them more organized.

Thats you, but dont have other people making unessasary changes when they
dont need to, you'll end up causing more problems than they already
have. Especially when they are new to networking.

it wont cause them prollems if they set it just like i said and will give them a lil more experience with networking.  There is nothing wrong with that.

Thats not being missinformed, there is nothing wrong with changing the IP address, sure you dont HAVE to but there is still nothing wrong with changing it......  But anyway i will just drop it.

Hey guys, hope everything is going good in the 'modding world' *looks around for friends and realises he has none*.

Anyway, I having trouble connecting my xbox with flash FXP. My xbox states the i.p address, the crossover cable isn't faulty either I have checked. But when I go on Flash FXP and put all the details in I can't connect. Anyone know of any other programs I could try out or anyone can suggest any settings I should change or anything. Thanks for any help as I am really stuck at the moment.

                     Thanks in anticipation
