your ms dash may be overwritten by your hack dash

no thats error 5. you more than likely overwrote xboxdash.xbe when installing your hacked dash. or maybe you never transfered ms dash back.

Your missing default.xbe
The main file that MS dash uses.
I do see xboxdash.xbe in there. Which most likly means you didn't direct the evox.ini file to look for the MS dash in the xboxdash.xbe file.
open up evox.ini in wordpad and look for " MSDashBoard = "
It needs to look like this:
MSDashBoard = "c:\xboxdash.xbe"
Try that and get back with us.

When you say booting to MS dash, do you mean like if you press power evox boots and when you press eject MS Dash is suppose to boot?
