You need the xboxdash.xbe and the xbox dash files in C:/.
You can install these easily with Slayer's auto installer.

As for the BIOS, since it is so easy to change BIOSes with the ICE, I'd put the X2_5035_1.6 on there.

You might also want to update the Xenium OS to v2.3.0-it's the most recent.

I don't think the dash version matters. if you boot a LIVE enabled game, that will update you to the latest dash.

You can use anywhere from 256kB to 1MB flash. I recommend the X2_5035_1.6. It is 512kb. Very good BIOS, and it leaves room for another if you want.

yes that sounds like the correct one. edit the bios with X2OOL. dont forget to put the x2config.ini file on the root of ur E drive
