my xenium chip has been working for almost 2 years until yesterday.

to make the long story short, i went as far as re-flashing the bios with the x2.4983.06.bin.

i have also tried upgrading to xenium os 2.3.0.

thinking it was the hdd, i put in a new 20gb hdd.

i used the x-disk cd i created to format hdd and install dashboard and apps.

voila.

rebooted and goes to msdashboard.

tried booting thru the retail bios, error 05.

also, locking hdd failed.

thinking it has something to do with the chip, i tried re-seating it but to my luck, i seemed to have loosened the screw hole and now the adapter doesnt sit flush to the board...now, when i power it on, obviously, the chip is not recognized and it goes straight to the msdashboard.

how can i go about getting it fixed???
