Matrix Mode 3 Problem!
« on: April 10, 2003, 02:43:00 PM »

The boot logo in the X2 bios always says XECUTER2, in my experience.

The Evox D6 seems to get it's boot logo from the app that is loaded on boot (be it the default.xbe on a disc or the dashboard xbe).

You can insert/extract your own logos to/from xbe files with the logo-x PC app.

lordz666,

are you saying that you managed to get x2 4976.02 (a bios with eject fix) to work with the eject-button bios-switching of matrix mode 3?

I've just ordered my matrix, and I'm reading loads of posts that say you can't use an EF bios with mode 3. If the two DO work together, could you explain how they co-exist, plz?

Thanks!
