Perhaps it updates some runtimes that critical update simply isn't removing. I know Craxtion doesn't require msinet.ocx, so I would presume it's one of the required runtimes looking for it.

I was taking a look at craxtion.ini and the themes section looks like this.

I deleted the ini and let Craxtion regenerate it and it looks the same. Should these entries follow the item=value model, or no? I just updated to 1.1, and I don't do any multigame discs, so I don't know what effect, if any, this has on the tool's functionality.
