How Do You Make Custom Soundtracks?

Okie dokie, my crossover cable arrived today from eBay, and I have VXCR and an FTP tutorial.  Sounds like that is the answer.  The tutorial I got is for FlashFXP so it wont help make the ST.DB file but should be useful knowledge.
