Sounds to me like you didn't rename your unleashX xbe file to respect the boot order of your bios and msdash is getting booted before it

What I suggest is that you make a bootable CD with ftp support read some tuts from the main page for this and rename your unleashx xbe to evoxdash.xbe

Of coarse thats if you have a modchip
