Please help

well what happened was i incerted rainbow six 3 and left it ran live update and when icame back to the unit it was at a msdash. hmm ftp into the unit and found a whole buch of new stuff.  well yes i removed it all and so on stupid (banging head on wall)  any now i can't boot to anything but the xrom i created a while back.  I need to know what files i need in the root of c: or where to find them so i can get back up and reapply the evolution to it
