I don't believe Futureshop ships outside of Canada and the shipping charges to Florida would be horrendous.

A little more of a pain in the ass but still a great deal for those of us here in the US.   Paypal is offering $15 off purchases of $30 or more.  NOTE: YOU MUST RECIEVE THIS OFFER FROM PAYPAL IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   What you do is use the following link:

https://paypal.promotionexpert.com/greatsho...ml?route=misc.s

and enter in your email addy (make sure you shipping address matches your newegg account shipping address)

Once that is done then go to http://www.newegg.com and select either the 2x 10 packs or the 20 pack of D/L Verbatim and then use the paypal option with the email addy/account that you entered in the link above to pay for it.  Unfortunately there is no way to track this rebate.  You will just recieve $15 in the mail at some point from paypal.  Either way once all is said and done you will end up with 20 D/L Verbatim discs for just under $25 shipped.  Best deal I have seen on them in a while.

Yeah, sorry man.  I'm still trying to figure out paypal's method for distributing this offer.  You could try creating another account and see if that works.  As always I will stay on top of the Verbatim deals, especially as I have a new use for them.

Unfortunately with newegg, the deals come and go very quickly, so you have to act fast.  It's back up to regular price now.  *EDIT* Whoops, spoke to soon they are now $36 shipped for the 20 pack.

Here is a good deal as well with google checkout
Google Checkout $10
You can search though the google merchant stores, when you checkout at most not all they have the $10 off in the cart.. under thier checkout button on the site will be a google checkout button.
You need a gmail address to sign up for the offer.

It seems you can get a 3pack for 3.47 after the $10 with free ship from this site..there is a 10%off code as well just search google. http://www.shop4tech.com/?go=view_item&id=2623&r=183

Paypal deal is better, but google checkout could be used more than once if you have another credit card and email address.

Not bad.  I am a little hesitant though as my only defective D/L Verbs came from shop4tech.  I realize that this is the exception and not the rule, but I am still a bit hesitant.

I apologise if there is already a post, but I need to know where I can get some good Verbatims for a fair price. 10-20 will do as my Xbox is not reading my discs that well anymore and I'm going to see if Verbatim media does the job.

Thanks

The cheapest places to buy media in the UK (In My Experience) are these suppliers :

http://www.bigpockets.co.uk/
http://www.svp.co.uk/

However the going rate (In the UK) for Verbatim is around £17 for a 10pack (Rip Off!) . I personally have been using RIDISC / Datawrite media as it works fine and is only £6 for a box of 10.  Look at DVD media reviews on these sites and many customers say stuff like "Works great on xbox 360" for various brands of media.  I am sure Verbatim are very good but at a ripoff price of £17 compared to £6 they arent getting my business, even if you coaster a few on a cheap brand its still more cost effective.

Mine has been reading my DL Verbs perfectly for well over 2 months now.  I have the Hitachi V47DJ drive.  Which media are you currently using?  As for rip-off pricing, well that depends.  You can get DL Verbs from SVP in 20 packs For a little under 35 pounds (including shipping).  Or you can get them from a friendly guy in the US who imports them for even less than that. Datawrite printables, I can't really be bothered messing about anymore. I should have gone for Verbs in the first place. Whos the nice guy in the US?

Thanks
