Vamprism Problem

sad.gif i did the quest up to the part were she said give me 24 hours so i waited 24 hours but she wasnt there she is in a trap door in here fire place i know cause the quest guide said so ...but anyway i looked at my quest log and it said i still needed to give her the dagger but i did and now i cant find her and im still a vamp.... is there any way around this at all or a way i can do without feedin ?
