XBox 360 can stream any .avi extension files from Windows Media Player 11 just fine.
But I have some files that have a .divx handle/container and I CAN NOT EVEN ADD THESE TO THE Windows Media Player Library! Is there anyway of fooling, forcing, or anything I can do to add these files to the library?
(I can still burn them to a disk and play them by popping the disk into my 360, so why the hell can't i add them to the library even if Windows Media Player can play them?!)
I have the Combined Community Codec PACK.
Additionally, I renamed the extension to .avi and it still played but, once again, WOULD NOT, let me add it to the library.
I wanna watch Airplane!.Divx
And yes, I am serious, and don't call me Shirley.
Please Help.
