.06 will apply everything left over on a larger HD to Partition 6.  (i.e. your F drive)
.67 will use part of what's left over from a larger HD to partiition6 (F Drive) and then everything else will go to partition 7 (the G Drive)

If you have a HD less than 137GB you should just use the .06,  I'm honeslty not sure what the advatages are of having the drive partitioned to create a G drive.  Personally I have a 250GB and I am using .06 with no problems.

I think that just depends on your DVD drive.
I have a samsung, and I can run evox by itself off a CD-R.
I think one of the methods to get your xbox to read a disc better is to make the disc at least 1 gig or something.. (obviously you'd have to use a DVD at that point.)

I've never flashed a X2Lite, but I'm guessing it's really easy to do with Evox.  Do you have the ability to load EvoX?

Otherwise, I'm unfamiliar with how to do it from a disc.

Sorry, I can't help.  I've never flashed a x2Lite from a CD.  I guess the new X2Lites have multiple bios banks now too, so I'm not even sure how to do it using EvoX.
The best I can do is point you toward this tutorial.
