2.3b Light Switch Panel Missing

My son removed the switch panel a few years back; I'm trying to get my xbox going again, but it won't advance past the default XBox clock screen.

I think the switch panel needs to be replaced that controlled whether the chip was on or off, I'm attaching a photo of what I have.

Anyone have any ideas on where I can get a panel to replace the missing one?

I have an extra switch panel. All I needed was harness. But to boot just connect the top 4 wires and ground them. I got mines working that way for awhile. Then I put in new harness.
