Cannot Flash Xecuter 2.0 Pro

I have a problem with flashing Xecuter 2.0 Pro.
After installing a modchip, Xbox is fragging (but I haven't got external switch). So I've booted console with Xecuter 2.3b Lite, ran FlashX 1.2 and hotswap 2.0 Pro (with jumper for flash protection taken out) but get "no modchip detected or flash protected". I've tried also flashing with EvolutionX, but I get "flash not writeable".
Is my modchip broken?
