X2.0 Pro - No Wires, Diagram Needed

Hi (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) I get Xecuter 2.0 Pro, but without wires. Has anyone diagram for custom switches, or at least where to solder D0?
And what function has a jumper?

Jumper is for flash protection. I've marked D0 point on picture below. But I still have no info about the switches!
