I dunno what to do next... i know i need a dash board but i'm unsure what to do... my friend has his done but he bought it that way. it has roms and stuff on it, i guess i want the dashboard that does that. When i enable the chip it goes to the regular xbox dashboard. but says xecuter2 instad of MS...

Not a total noob just to moding xbox stuff... I been hacking games for like 5 or 6 years...

Since it is not very specific as to what you have, and you really can't point to exactly what you want. Try reading the following Noob Guide. There is a lot of good info in it and may help you setup up your dash.
