i tried to tsop my orginal xbox chip but i mess up a couple of traces connect to the xbox bios chip.now my box goes on and off 3 times and frags.  i did a dianostic on the lpc and it looks fine. my question is can i install a x3 chip and will it work? does the mod chip use the same paths as the original chip or does it use an alternate paths? i don't know if this make any sense?

I am having the same problem.  I completed the soldering and component placement and when i tried to boot my xbox it clicks on and off 3 times then flashes yellow and red.  I havent the slightest clue what to do next.  My original ms dash isnt even booting up.
