STOP !

BFM means Boot From Media and these BIOS's are only for softmods !!!

Do not flash these BFM bios files to your spiderchip / Spider GX !

If you have a Spiderchip V1.0 / V1.1 and a V1.0 - V1.5 xbox then flash it with X2 4981 (256k)

If you have a Spiderchip V1.0 / V1.1 and a V1.6 xbox then flash it with Evox M8 Plus V1.6 (256k)

If you have a Spider GX and a V1.0 - V1.5 xbox then flash bank 1 with X2 4981 (256k)

If you have a Spider GX and a V1.6 xbox then flash bank 3 with X2 5035 (512k)

First off I want to thank HackDaBox for all his help on these forums...don't think I would have even gotten my chip working without your help.

Secondly I got my 1.6 to boot my spider GX and play most games but it seams to have a problem running some of the newer games straight off the hard drive even when they are copied directly from the disc... examples are Brothers in arms earned in blood (locks up after the second rights screen), Call of duty 2 (locks up if you try to play multiplayer or after the first single player mission), Half life 2 (locks up after the loading bar fills up).

I am thinking it might be the bios I am using (X2) has anybody found any other bios that will work with this chip/xbox version combo?  or another theory of why these games might be locking up?
