apparently you have 3 lan connections.. post the ipconfig /all.  the ENTIRE thing!!

see the physical address of 00-00-00-00-00-00?  that's bad.

we need a physical description of the connections, as well.

why is that one labelled number 3 if you only have 2?  weird.

you should edit out the ip address for the other one if that's your public IP.  Gott awatch out for the hax0rz.  I wanted to make sure you didn't have to interfaces on the same subnet.

the MAC (physical) address is burned into a chip on your nic.  Youd have to probably get a special program to re-write it.  If this is a new nic, return it and get another one.  Or you could just buy another one as they're cheap.  IS this one built into the motherboard or is it an expansion card?

http://www.klcconsulting.net/smac/ here's  program to change your MAC.  The first 3 octets are manufacturer specific, and the last three relate the the SN of the board..

I'll throw my similar question in too :0

I can only FTP in certain files to my XBOX.  It will fail out all the others any guess why?

This is a little snip here

[R] PORT 192,168,0,2,5,66
[R] 200 Port command ok.
[R] STOR MST3K - 0102 - 20040330 - The Robot vs. The Aztec Mummy.avi
[R] 426 Connection closed , file opening failed.
[R] Transfer Failed!
