Avalaunch Wont Start.

Avalaunch wont start up as it used to.
It goes to the Avalunch logo, and there it stops.
The only thing i did before it happends was to deleate some skins, NOT the one that was being used.


If i choose to start the xbox without the chip ut functions as it should.


What do i do??
