hey guys i have a rgh with a liteon that wont open and was wondering how to replace it with a benq from another console i have a pc capable of flashing already

Get the key from the old drive or your keyvault decrypted using your CPU key. Apply that key to firmware for the BenQ (you can use custom firmware if you like). Flash the firmware to the drive. Voila, you're done.

Do note: if you ever want to use that BenQ in the original console again, you'll need to save the DVD key.
