If the RAM doesn't work as excepted, you don't get frame rate drops - frame rate drops are not always the end result of unstable systems - you get crashes, random strangeness..more than likely the system just freezes up. V1.6 box were designed to handle slower ram, but unless you are going to run benchmarks you aren't going to see a difference. (And latency is not the same as bandwidth.. you can slow down the ram without changing clocks.) Why do you worry about these things? Do a google search for 'bunnie xbox' if you want to know everything.
