Sorry for the resurrection of this thread. But how would you update a debug unit?

'normal' Gamertag On Debug Console?

I'm a freelance game reviewer and receiver a debug Xbox360 console a few days back. I created a dev-profile and been able to play/test on Xbox live without a problem. But when I try to 'recover' my regular gamertag on the debug console, this doesn't seem to work (says gamertag is not known).

Is there a way to use my regular gamertag on a debug console?

Xbox development kits use a parallel version of XBL called partnernet. It looks exactly the same as regular xbox live, but is really completely different. There is no way to get your regular gamertag to work on a debug console. That's just the way it is.

If you need anymore help with your XDK feel free to PM me.
