Could you add some documentation? I'm a little confused as to what most of the options do.
For example:
With the backup option, does it backup the whole drive, or just the selected partition/files?
The backup option only backs up the data partition.

Can this backup be restored to a different drive?
Yes. It will overwrite any data on the target drive.

What about a different size drive?
Yes you can restore to a different size drive. But if the target drive is smaller than the backup it will corrupt the drive.

What about creating or restoring from images?
Under the tools menu there are
Create Image from Hard Drive and
Load Image to Hard Drive.
Create Image from Hard Drive copies the complete Hard Drive to an image file on your PC. This is an exact copy of the drive.
Load Image to Hard Drive copies the image file to the hard drive. This overwrites the hard drive completely. No error check at this time. Copying an image to a hard drive must be to the same size drive that it was created from. Also if the new hard drive serial number and model information does not match the image file it will not be reconized by a non-jtagged Xbox.

For the one click transfer, it asks me to pick a folder. What folder?
It should only ask that when it does not detect a physical Xbox hard drive.

The drive is connected to my PC but I obviously can't browse to it through Explorer. Does the one click transfer support transferring between two different size drives?
Yes same as the backup.

When I error check, what exactly are the errors? I see a whole lot of text but I have no way of telling exactly what files the program has determined have errors.
Start at 12/3/2010 10:31:39 PM
Checking .\
Checking .\name.txt
Checking .\Compatibility\
Checking .\Compatibility\Xbox1\
Checking .\Compatibility\Xbox1\TDATA\
Checking .\Compatibility\Xbox1\TDATA\FFFE0000\
Checking .\Compatibility\Xbox1\TDATA\FFFE0000\MUSIC\
Checking .\Compatibility\Xbox1\TDATA\FFFE0000\MUSIC\st.db
Allocation - File size mismatch in st.dbChecking .\Compatibility\Xbox1\TDATA\4c41001a\
Checking .\Compatibility\Xbox1\UDATA\
I have highlighted the error in red. The log tells you what directory or file it is checking and reports the erre when as it finds them.
At the end it will report how many error it found.

Don't get me wrong, this is far and away the best program for working with my hard drives, I just think you could clarify the options a bit.
Sorry but documenting was a low priority. I wanted to get the errors fixed first.
