I've read many posts but could not find the step to do this, please help. All steps were to replace with another drive.

If some one has already done this and have it working, please let me know what steps you did using the 360fwtoolbox_30 software.

I managed to brick my v78 drive (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)  and now have purchase the same model to make it easy. I hope some one can give me the step needed "How to Replace v78 with a V78 drive using 360fwtoolbox_30 software" or a how to that will save me from creating a new brick.

I do have the original.bin, hack.bin and key. Once I do a backup of the new drive could I just open the hack and do a Direct Drive flash Patch??? A restore??? Replace key??? Spoof???
