So basically there is no way that a pc user can hook up a external hard drive with movies that are bigger than 4gb on them?

the solution was answered just a couple statements ago...

MacDrive

find it buy it... !!!!

using that to format your drive allows your usb hard drive to see movie files over 4gb

I watch all my hdtv tv shows recorded (transcoded to wmvhd) and it looks simply stunning..

Star Wars in HD just rules...

but get MacDrive

this is kinda off the topic, but it has to do with an external drive...  So the other day I was hooking up my drive to my pc and transfering movies to it so I could go watch them on my 360.  Well, the power went out mid transfer and now the file is on the hard drive (all 700mb), but it's corrupt.  So I tried to delete the file but I can't get it off the drive.  checked the file attributes, read only isn't checked, so I'm kinda stumped.. anyone got any suggestions?
