We are receiving our stock Monday, we have a tracking # for the chips. All chips will be shipped the same day. XBIT's DMS has another delay, the ETA right now is unkown. Team X-ecuter is supplying SMT with chips at the moment. Nobody has the chips in but SMT. We understand if you are upset, we will cancel your order. Also the CC will not be charged till it is ready to ship.

I purchased a xecuter2.3b pro. When I flash my chip I get a error at flash address 0x000070 read[ff], expecting [09]. Do I have a bad chip? Please help me. I have sent 2 emails to www.gameshopusa.com but they have not responded.

I understand your situation, and thanks for being so honest.

I was just wondering, if you say you are getting the chip in on Monday, why does it still say eta is Wednesday?

will you be shipping out all chips on Monday?

i just preordered another one after it said that my order was canceled, and the chip's site is down again...

Yes switches are set to 1-3 off, 4 on. And I have the chip disabled when trying to flash. I have tried to flash with a DVD and I have tried to flash with a printer cable (3ft). I have also tried ver 1.1 and 2.0 of flash software (x2bm). Can you think of anything else?

Dear Tim,

Please verify that your switches are set to 1-3 off, 4 on. And that you have the chip disabled when trying to flash.

We received the 2.3B chips today! All pre-orders will be shipped by tommorow. We are very busy getting orders out, all pre-orders will be shipped by tommorow. We are charging all credit cards right now. If there were any problems processing your order, you will receive an email Thursday.

If you need to cancel your order and it has not hit the Credit Card Processed stage, please email us ASAP before the order ships.

Worst site ever

I ordered a xecuter 2.3b lite (+) on january 3

i waited patiently through all the false dates and all and finally they got them on the 20th

I was emailed on the 21st saying they shipped via priority mail and that i should get it overnight

since they are in jersey and im in philly

okay so nothing ever came on the 22nd i asked the about it they said give it until tommorow and see if it comes if not email us and we will look into it

okay nothing came that day either so i emailed them

i checked the conformation number and it showed that they notified them on th 23rd of it being shipped

okay

so they freaking lied saying they shipped the 21st and kept the lie going saying if it wasnt there by the 23rd they would check it out

okay whatever its now the 26th and still nothing

i asked my mailman about it and he said if its from jersey any way its shipped i should get it in 1-2 days

this is crap they charged my cc and i have nothing and they will not respond to im or email and they wont compensate me for this

i need this chip

so basically im saying do not order from them they are the worst i have dealt with
no customer support, lies, and wont compensate for their mistakes

my order number is 783

contact me asap before i call my cc company

XBIT chips are in Weds.

rbmerc: Shipping labels are pre-printed and are shipped the next day.

xbxrider04: We shipped tons of packages this past week, we were quite busy filling orders. I am sure it shipped on the 22nd but not the 21st. The 23rd it was at another location. Sorry you did not receive this at a timely manner but you will recieve it today or tommorow for sure.
