Xiso Type Program For Linux?
« on: October 26, 2002, 10:55:00 AM »

This might not be the correct forum, I apologize.  Is there an equivalent to xIso for Linux (need not be gui).  I have a need to extract xbox iso files on a Linux machine (it's mucho faster than my windoze box).  Thanks!

Just was wondering if you ever found a program.   I tried to use xIso with wine but it doesn't seem to work right.

I did that a long time ago, worked ok.

What about Xboxisoextractor?

extract-xiso *linux*

Come on kids, all you had to do was click on "Tools" and then click on "Iso Tools" and look for a tool that mentioned linux. By the way, this program is completely awesome. It lets you "optimize" isos for faster more effective reading of burned games on your xbox. No other iso tools does that (to my knowledge).

Yes, but you can download and extract an ISO in linux, and move it to your F partition for use.
