"strange" Led Flashing

Hey,

after i exchanged my 120gb wd with a 100gb wd and copied everything back to the xbox (v1.2/1.3 with smartxx v1) i've noticed something strange: when i press the eject button to direct-boot the xbox, the leds will flash red/green three times but then avalaunch will come up fine.

has anyone experienced something like that before?

Yes, with a xbox that had a bad eeprom.
