X-bit Flash Software

Hi,

I installed my chip with the pogo method, but when i try to connect with the flash software from x-bit nothing happens :s. What can be wrong?

When i connect my xbox with my pc, Xp saus that he cant recognizee it :s

I just bought two xbit 1.5 and cant flash either.

I have the same problem, the 1.5 software is unresponsive - please email me and help!
