You mean like the image mounter in nkpatcher10?  I really see no point in using that since ripped games don't end up in iso format, iso format consumes more space, and its just as easy to use complex tools to uniso your slayers iso..  If its not a slayers iso (or similar) then now is the time to put your tail between your legs and run away..
