Is There A Way To Convert An Xbox Save To Ps2 Save?

My friend has been playing the crap out of Tiger Woods 06 on my Xbox as of late.  He is getting a PS2 soon with the game, though.  Is there a way to convert the Xbox save of Tiger Woods 06 to a PS2 save that will work with the PS2 version of the game?
