Soldering Help For Super Aladdin Live

Im real confused on how to do this, ive read different sites but its all confusing... I just bought this chip and i have a xbox 1.0.  I bought a 15 watt soldering iron and have practiced some and it seems almost impossible for me to do this right.. can anyone help?  <
