I've had a aladding 64 installed in a V1.1 xbox, I put a hard drive I've had working from a matrix modded xbox in to the aladding xbox, the HD has a slayer install and boots to the menu fine, I can go through the menus and select system settings, and change the skin, but when I try to open game management or xbox media player it just hangs with the "loading" message in the bottom corner... I installed a new HD and installed slayer from scratch, and had the exact same problem?? if I put a game in the drive it seems to play fine... ? HD back in the matrix xbox works fine. anyone got any ideas???

ps. all wires have been attached to all points...
I dont know bios version, it displays "unknown" in the settings...
