If the Duo-X chip costs an EXTRA $25 AUD over the Aladdin, go with the Aladdin.

well, it's an xbox with an aladdin already in it, but for an extra $25au the seller will put in the duoX

i guess i just need to know whether there are any reasons to go with the Duo-X
or to NOT go with the Aladdin...

Main advantage of the DuoX is the 1mb bios size can be made switchable to 4 x256k. If you cannot think of a reason why you would need this feature save some cash and get the Aladdin.
We have over a 100 installs of the Aladdin with no problems.
Both are very good mods its just down to personal choice and cash

The Duo-X also uses Power and Eject buttons.

Only difference really is the 1mb BIOS.

I'd go with the Aladdin - does the job perfectly well.

Does www.modchips.cc still sale Duo-X modchips for the XBox? I emailed them and got no response back. Any other releiable places that sell the Duo-X modchip to the US? The www.foundmy.com site list them but none of their shopping cart links work.
