Well from the looks of those screenshots both the xenium
OS and evox are set to dynamic, but only the xenium OS is
picking up an IP from the router. Seems the router is not
getting the correct MAC address info from evox, either that
or evox isn't reporting it for some reason. So try resetting
the router, do a factory default reset if you have to, and try
another port on the router. Failing that wipe out evox and start over
or use another dash altogether. Or just try to enter static settings
and see if it works that way.

The IP in blue is the one to be concerned with, thats the
active IP, in other words. Since you have a problem with
DHCP in evox, use static settings instead. In evox just
change the "use static IP" to yes and define this
information:
IP 192.168.1.101
Netmask 255.255.255.0
Gateway 192.168.1.1
DNS 167.206.3.141
       167.206.3.140
Once you make the changes scroll down to the bottom and
hit save and exit. Then after a reboot hopefully it will work.
If not then try some of the other thimgs I mentioned before.

At this point it could still be many things. Your just going to have to use a process of elimination. Some other things to try:
Another dashboard
New cable(you are using a straight through cable right?)
Different router port
Different BIOS
If nothing else take the router out of the picture and set up a direct pc to xbox connection using a crossover cable. With the right settings this would rule out a problem with the xbox NIC chip/port itself.

i dont think its the nic port on the xbox because it worked on live for like 3 months before i modded it.  the xbox is recognized on t he router. it says on it patch cable and i've learned t hat means straight-through. i can falsh another hacked bios, which one do you reccomend. ive noticed when i launch avalaunch as an app it says on the bottom right hand "no link!"
