hm..

so i've got one of the 1.6's, canada edition.

modded it with a duo2.

all went well.

but i'm noticing that when i'm ftping or if i'm not using my xbox and i leave it on the dashboard.

after sometime (the time is always different)  the xbox will freeze.  transfer stops and i have to reset it to fix it.

i'm using the bios:
EvolutionX M8 Bios_v1.6

any idea what is going on?

Could your box be a 1.6b? if so use the M8-1.6plus BIOS which fixes a memory issue that could be causing your problem.
