The X3 comes preflashed with flash bios that will let you flash the X3 bios onto the chip via Http, Bios loacted on Hdd, or by a Bios disk. As far as playing off of the Hdd you will need a ripping program and I would have to suggest dvd2xbox. All of these files can be found on xbins. Click on my sig to find out how. Also upgrading your hdd is simple using the X3 it format's everything in like 5 sec. After formatted use an installer like slayers or a backup of your own to reinstall your C: drive.

Now I know this is 'newbie chat', but holy crap, what a bunch of hand holding... this is almost too much... 'thanks for image locations'... this is what is tolerated around here these days?
