« on: September 07, 2004, 12:12:00 AM »

Box tries to boot twice I get a squeching beep both times the goes to ongoing red and green xmas light flickering.

Has been fine for 4 days. Started when i tried to load Avalaunc boot iso.

I am clueless...tried to search for red and green , and fragging, frag.
Couldn't find info that helped.
Oh yeah xbox works with switch off on xenium ice.

the chip is connected via header pin install the rest is in my sig.

the green/red lights just mean something is not right.

if the box works when you turn your chip off, chances are the problem is with your chip.... try reflashing it mabey?

FRAG (flashing red and green) happens when there is no valid bios at boot time. It is likely that an LPC connection on your headerpin is not making proper contact. Usually a quick resolder of the pins will fix the problem.

Did a full on resolder of pins.
Still flashing. That was my first guess.
Thanks for the advice I will recheck.

Could I have messed up existing bios with Avalauncd boot cd?
