xSNES9x is the best SNES emulator for xbox.

Add a textfile called ROMPATH.INI in your xSNES9x folder.
It should contain a single line with the path to your roms eg
f:\apps\emulators\xsnes9x\roms

Edit the ini file to point to where the roms are located. If you are burning a custom cd, point to D:\wherever.

This is a joke, right???  sad.gif

Do you have a PC with Windows? Open notepad, type the path to your roms (eg F:\apps\emulators\xsnesx\roms), save the file with the name 'rompath.ini' and FTP it to your xsnesx folder on the xbox.

Please don't ask what FTP is.....  wink.gif

No, they should be .SMC or .FIG usually.

Then open that and that is were i put all of mine.

I'm running the exact Emulator right now and it works great. Here is how I got it to work. I got the emulator and ROMS from the usual places. After the download was done I had a single .rar file about 1 GB in size, may have been bigger or smaller can't remember. I extracted the contents into a folder on my Laptop. Then I set up an FTP to the Xbox and sent all the files from my PC Hard Drive to my Xbox hard Drive in the E:\Games folder. When it was done transfering to the xbox I had E:\Games\XSnes9x folder. I rebooted the Xbox and went to Launch Menu\Games\XSnes9x (With newest Evox Version) and selected it. After that it loads up and you can select any game you want.

This is of course if you are playing off the HDD which IMO is the best way.
I hope that helps, if not can you tell us if your running this from a DVD or off the HDD.

I downloaded Xsnes9X and ripped it to CD with only a couple of games (as a test) and I just play the games right from the CD. It's not the best way, but it's the least "intensive".

and play on my xbox. can somebody please tell me how to do this?

Well, you obviously flashed your chip and everything already, so I'm going on the assumption that you know how to make an ISO. I just saved Xsnes9X and all of the .rar files (roms) or whatever to a folder. I then made an ISO of the contents in that folder. I loaded it into my DVD drive and it recognized it and autolaunched the Xsnes9X dash and showed the available games. The problem COULD lie in what DVD drive you have and what media type you're using. Do you know which DVD drive you have? What type of media are you using?
