Which Lights Light Up?

which lights should light up when you turn on the box after the chip is in? the led 4 light came on and the blue one. is the R4 or w/e it is next to the led 4 supposed to come on?

I have the lite butthis is what I am thinking. On mine weni soldered it correctly and it was getting power the 2 leds on the modchip were glowing blue. Then On my switch tehre was 1 led fo when my modchip was enabled and disabled. Such as enabled blue led would be illuminated and mod chip off led off.
