i am modding my buddies new xbox.

it's a 1.3 and i was installing the x2.2 lite.

i insatlled the header pins and did evcerything right so i thought.

and when i tried turning it on, i got 1 yellow flash, power off, 2 yellow flashes, power off, then constant yellow flashing. and no xbox "needs servicing messages"

is it the LPC points?
i thought that LPC points blinked red and green er something.

fuk fuk fuk fuk.

i hope someone knows

I don't know myself because i didn't have that problem....try searching the forums....see if anyone had that problem....

things i can think of: (once again..i really have no idea)
1. check to make sure you're not shorting anything with your chip!
2. Check your power supply in the box, make sure all the cables are in where they are supposed to be
3. get a volt meter and test your connections.

Hope that may help

it's fragging when u enabled the modchip because you have a goofd d0 connection and a bad lpc connection or a bad bios on the mod-chip.
try checking the lpc connection once more and if it doesn't change anything, the mod-chip might have a bad bios image in it so you have to buy the programmer....
or maybe your switch is not set correctly, try booting from bank1 or bank2.

well seeing as i did a header pin install for the x2.2 lite, and i had a couple of x2.2 lites lying around, i tried putting those in an still had no luck..
i'm guessing it must be the LPC points then?
