the XYZ folders on my buddies xbox have about 700 megs a piece in each respectively...

i reformatted the HDD and installed EVOX with the slayer's instally yet still.

after i conncected via ftp to the xbox, all three of the folders read emtpy although in the settings menu on the xbox it said they had 700 megs each..
vstrange..
anyone know about this?

They are used to store cache. They are partitions, which is why it says 700mb.... theyre 700mb partitions

so really an 8 gigabyte HDD is only about 5 GIGabytes for actualyl storing stuff on it.. right?

Then your HD is 8GB (No F drive), upgrade to a larger one if you want more.

In one of the X, Y and Z folders it has folders in it.

But in the other two they are totally empty.

Can I put stuff in there?
